Hi, I’m Sharon Ma

My fitness journey began with a challenge - I struggled to gain weight throughout my younger adult life. My best friend at the time introduced me to the gym. At first, I was hesitant and wasn't sure where or how to begin. But I was determined to learn and it showed me not only what my body could achieve, but also that training doesn't have to be intimidating or about becoming “bulky”- it can be empowering and feminine.

From that moment, I realized that training doesn't have to be complicated and it is also very personalized. From the beginning of my fitness journey, I've always been inspired by strong and confident women in the industry. Now I feel it's my turn to help and inspire others who are in the same place I once was.
